Model Ecopreneur dengan Mediasi Inovasi Hijau terhadap Kinerja Berkelanjutan Umkm Agribisnis

Abstract


Menjadi ecopreneur merupakan perwujudan dari upaya mengembangkan perilaku etis pada wirausaha untuk menjalankan usaha sekaligus juga memperhatikan lingkungan. Pada masa pandemi covid-19, UMKM juga dituntut untuk mampu berinovasi secara terus-menerus dan mampu menjalankan bisnis sehingga dapat bersaing dan tetap bertahan di pasar yang kompetitif. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran ecopreneur dengan mediasi inovasi hijau terhadap peningkatan kinerja UMKM agribisnis di Jakarta dan Bogor menggunakan data primer dari 50 responden. Penelitian dilakukan dengan analisis jalur dan menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung ecopreneur terhadap kinerja berkelanjutan UMKM agribisnis.

ABSTRACT

 

Becoming an ecopreneur is a manifestation of efforts to develop ethical behavior in entrepreneurs to run a business while also paying attention to the environment. During the Covid-19 pandemic, MSMEs were also required to be able to innovate continuously and be able to run a business so that they could compete and survive in a competitive market. This study aims to determine the role of ecopreneurs by mediating green innovation on improving the performance of agribusiness MSMEs in Jakarta and Bogor using primary data from 50 respondents. The research was carried out by path analysis and resulted in the conclusion that there are direct and indirect effects of ecopreneurs on the sustainable performance of agribusiness SMEs.
