Empat Kekuatan Daya Tarik di Kampung Cioray Desa Leuwikaret Kabupaten Bogor (Four Attraction Forces in Kampung Cioray Leuwikaret Village Bogor Regency)

Abstract

ABSTRAK

 Kehadiran Program Wira Desa akan menumbuhkembangkan Wira Desa-Wira Desa baru yang memiliki kesejahteraan yang lebih baik sehingga angka pengangguranpun dapat berkurang. Desa Leuwikaret akan menjadi desa yang tenaga kerjanya produktif memanfaatkan potensi alam yang ada tanpa merusak alam tersebut. Kampung Cioray merupakan bagian dari Desa Leuwikaret yang terus mengupayakan agar masyarakatnya dapat sejahtera dengan program-program wiradesa STIE IPWIJA.

Metode dalam pendampingan menggunakan empat metode berupa  1) One to One yaitu pendekatan personality 2) One to Community yaitu pendekatan personality ke komunitas   3). Community to One  yaitu pendekatan komunitas (institusi/Tim) ke personality/ individu 4) Community to Community yaitu Institusi/ Tim ke Komunitas/Institusi (Kantor Desa). Persentase 80% Penyelesaian masalah dengan metode yang telah ada.

Hasilnya adalah wiradesa Kampung Cioray dapat berkembang dan lebih produktif dengan produknya yang dikelola dengan baik sampai aspek kemasan dan legalitasnya serta jangkauan pemasaran yang luas.

Keberlanjutan program adalah tim wiradesa Bersama Dosen Pendamping berkomitmen untuk kebrlanjutan program dan produk Desa Leuwikaret terutama Kampung Cioray yang memiliki empat keunggulan.

ABSTRACT

 

The presence of the Village Wira Program will develop new Village-Wira Wira Heroes who have better welfare so that the unemployment rate can be reduced. Leuwikaret village will be a village whose productive workforce utilizes the existing natural potential without damaging the nature. Kampung Cioray is part of Leuwikaret Village which continues to strive for its people to prosper with STIE IPWIJA wiradesa programs.

The method in mentoring uses four methods in the form of 1) One to One, namely personality approach 2) One to Community is a personality to community approach 3). Community to One is a community approach (institution / Team) to personality / individual 4) Community to Community is Institution / Team to Community / Institution (Village Office). Percentage 80% Problem solving with existing methods.

The result is that Kampung Cioray wiradesa can develop and be more productive with its well-managed products to its packaging and legality aspects and wide marketing reach.

Sustainability of the program is a wiradesa team with Accompanying Lecturers committed to the continuity of leuwikaret village programs and products, especially Kampung Cioray which has four advantages.
